New Year

New year means new beginnings.

Can I start this year by wishing everyone who drops by a happy new year?

Happy new year, have a good one.

Thanks for dropping by, I hope that this year brings you more of the good things in life than the old one did.

For most of us, we’ll be back at work, doing whatever we need to in order to pay the bills, for me thats driving a bus. Yes, I would love for it to be writing, but we’re not there yet, maybe one day, how about you? What’s your dream?

Then there’s the ‘resolutions’. We set them with all the best intentions in the world, but come the second week of January how many are still there?

This year I decided to forego the idea of resolutions and set goals instead. Actually, I did that for last year and achieved them, so with that encouragement, I did the same this year, and I’ve got absolutely no idea how I’m going to achieve them!

Goals are like Mountaintops, you may have a plan, but getting there is a different story!

Last time I had an idea of how I was going to do it, but the reality was very different. This year is going to be the same, it’s going to require planning, flexibility and tenacity, in other words, I’m all in with this. It’s also going to take discipline.

So, let’s get started.
